I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing in California. I offer individual therapy for adults. I have experience in many settings including the federal government working with engineers at NASA, state agencies including psychiatric forensic facilities, city agencies including city hospitals, medical centers including Kaiser and nursing homes. I have worked with people with various issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relational issues, health conditions, social/racial identity, people pondering life choices, grappling with belonging, bereavement, struggling with sleep, the elderly and navigating the Silicon Valley technology community.
The common thread I have seen with my patients is this:
We all want to be listened to and heard.
As a psychologist, my aim is to work with you on getting to wherever you want to be in life, so I invite you to reach out if you are interested in taking a ride on the road of self-discovery. It is my goal to create a safe space where each person I work with may receive services that both meet them where they are and change with them as they continue to grow. No matter where you are in your journey, please feel free to reach out if you are open to dedicating more time to a better you.
MY APPROACH
My approach to individual psychotherapy is flexible. I believe that change can occur at any time, as long as there are certain conditions that are initially met. Those conditions include you feeling safe, and an environment that fosters warmth, genuineness, and compassion. I tailor my techniques to meet my patients’ needs.
PAYMENT
Individual therapy sessions cost $200 per session.
INSURANCE
I do not accept any health insurance at this time; however, I can provide patients with a receipt to present to the insurance company for reimbursement.
